Cancelation policy and Refund: You acknowledge that you do not have the statutory right to cancel a booking made for a treatment. However, you have a contractual entitlement to cancel any booking you have made with an Independent therapist through us. If you change your mind about your booking prior to the agreed appointment start time, then spalon will be willing to treat your booking as cancelled Without payment required.
However, If your cancellation of a booking is within 1 hour of the appointment time and if graced period has elapsed, A certain amount will be charged as the case may be for late cancellation
